No. of positions: 1
Responsibilities: Primary contact for support related telephone calls, primary responder to support related email, coordinate with other departments on support issues, testing of company's services & products, observing trends and making recommendations.
Skills & Educational Requirements: Qualified applicants must have good communication and problem solving skills. A working background in MS/Windows, UNIX, Macintosh, or Client/Server is a real plus. Degree in any of the technical disciplines is beneficial but will consider related work experience. Familiarity with the Internet a must.
Inter-Relationships: Contact with all levels of personnel within company, membership base and vendors as required.
Needed Attributes: Temperament -- Ability to perform a variety of support related tasks, often changing assignments on short notice. Capable of working in a sometimes fast paced and changing environment.
